A customer's signature is obtained on the invoice, credit card authorization** is instant using a swipe reader or typing in the numbers, and the invoice is e-mailed, faxed, or printed - however the customer would like to receive it.

 

 

Your Service Dispatcher can work from anywhere also since the entire program is web based. Calls are taken from customers which create work orders, and the service dispatcher schedules a technician directly from there. Below is an example of a service dispatcher's schedule board. A Customer Portal is also available, if you decide to use the Customer Portal, you can give your customers limited access to create their own service requests (which appear on the Pending Column for the service dispatcher to schedule), view their history, equipment, etc.
